The name EOS LINE is related to a Cold Extraction Line that includes the EOS System. It’s a closed circuit Enzyme Deactivator that can heat the cold raw puree up very quickly thanks to the high recirculation throughput at high temperature in the pipes (no buffer tank is necessary); the result is an immediate puree inactivation by thermal shock and the low residence time at high temperature guarantees to preserve taste, color and organoleptic properties of the raw products.
