EOS TT is an Enzymatic Deactivation System for cold extracted puree.
It consists of the tube-in-tube technology and the deaeration technology, that together can provide the best results.
In particular, the puree is less stressed, shortly stored in tanks and less damaged by mechanical and heat actions with the result of increasing the quality of puree in terms of color, flavor, aroma and consistency.
