The Turbo Cutter machine has been designed exclusively to chop whole or big pieces of fruits and vegetables, making them ready to feed CX and VCX cold extraction machines.
Two frequency drives allow to change feeding speed and cutting speed in order to modify the final dimension of fruit and vegetable pieces.
