The name EOS TT LINE is related to a Cold Extraction Line that includes the EOS TT System, an Enzyme Deactivator the consisting of a tube-in-tube system for heating the cold raw puree up to the deactivation temperature in a single passage; in this way the puree is subjected to a smaller mechanical and thermal stress, thus increasing the product quality in terms of texture, color, flavor and consistency.
