Plants for smoothies production have been studied considering specifically the production of pulpy fresh fruit juices, "Smoothies" type, mainly by Frozen Extraction. A complete Smoothies Line includes also systems for Cold Deaeration (DEA), ultrarapid Enzymatic Deactivation (EOS)and integrated CIP washing system. Each Smoothies Line is designed to have a completely automated functioning, to process different types of fruits or vegetables without modifications to the plant and the possibility to produce different kinds of recipes.
