ThermoCRUNX is a machines Series designed for crunching, dosing, partially liquefying and transferring the semi-frozen product to the Cold Extraction plant. A partial liquefying of the product takes place in a very quick way (a few seconds) thanks to the Thermopulse device, that’s a compact and patented system that allows to defrost partially the product combining mechanical pulses with heat transfer.
Delta and Gamma are basically different in terms of product containers and type of frozen product that can be used for feeding.
