The VHX Special is a new refiner which allows to obtain the adjustment of viscosity and consistency.
It allows to get creamy puree with high consistency, high viscosity and low texture, particularly useful in the soft drink nectars and baby food markets, or standard refined puree with texture and grain, or a mixing of them.
VHX Special Refiner combines the action of the New Refining Rotor and waste recirculation with the action of the "Viscopulse" System.
VHX Special, fed with hot/cold extracted puree, can increase the viscosity/consistency of the final refined product if compared with the traditional refiners.
