The purpose of our patented EOS lines is to combine the Cold Extraction with a simplified ultrarapid enzymatic deactivation process that minimizes the heat exposure of the product, keeping it as natural as possible. This decreases or avoids to the use of gas or antioxidant solutions, guaranteeing an absolutely fresh product.
The patented ultrarapid deactivation EOS used in a Cold Extraction and Cold Deaeration Line allows to carry out the complete puree deactivation in a few seconds, guaranteeing a top quality puree.
