The Monoskid is a completely compact and accessible System that allows to install on a single frame both the cold Turbo Extractor, the relative pumping group and the Cold Deaerator. Extremely simple to install and to use, it preserves all good features of the two machines separately installed, allowing to obtain an high quality product, cold extracted, deaerated and then ready for the possible next heating treatment without having air inside. Pulpy Juice is a brand new type of product, with a medium content of fibers, increasingly demanded on the market.

Pulpy Juice is more liquid and has lower fibers compared to a refined puree; it has more fibers than cloudy juice but it is characterized by the same very low viscosity. Such innovative product is made possible, thanks both to a special Technology developed by Bertocchi, by a particular configuration of the VCX Series, equipped with a High Speed Rotopulse and cold deaeration. This system has been designed to satisfy the new market demand, in terms of high quality fresh juice.
VXD-J technology is perfectly suitable to be coupled with HPP cold pasteurization system, for the production of innovative juice.
